Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3) is like a remake on Ninja Gaiden Black (X360). Both have similar story, similar characters but Sigma has few changes.
Better Graphics, Rachel is playable in Sigma and minor changes.
Ninja Gaiden 2 is a sequel of Black / Sigma, however, NG2 is exclusively for X360.
