I need to get the 3 GREEN stars to open the trial galaxies,

I have 2 but how do I get the third?

im trying to find an english version for my emulator

No, it never made it out of Japan. Though if you are using an emulator, you can download a translation pack from the link below. Keep in mind that the project was never completed, though it’s probably your best bet.
