Where to find the secret item in Over The Hedge: Hammy Goes Nuts psp game for the level of The Cat Lady 2?

I am playing PSP version of Over The Hedge: Hammy Goes Nuts video game recently. It is quite nice but I feel fed up when I want to find the secret item for the level of The Cat Lady 2. According to what the RJ’s Notebook shows, the secret item should be some kind of a piece of thing with a cat picture there or something like that. I walk around the whole area in these level, using first person view too, but I just can not find it. Where is it? Can anybody help me please? Does anybody found it and can u please kindly tell me? Thanks.
Hey.. you think that I don’t know use Google is it?
I search every webpage already, I can not find the walkthrough for this games at all. So before reply or answer people’s question please go Google. You are fooling me is it?
