Ok i see all these things on eBay about skin decals for you game systems,cell phones,i pods and so on…i was wondering how in the heck are these made,i know they use white vinyl,but is there a certain printer you use along with ink?

I need help with my Heart Monitor!?
I have to wear a heart monitor for thirty days. I need some help about putting the electrodes on (the stickers that you put on for EKG’s). Do I swab the area with the alchohol rub, and then put on the skin protector (stuff you put on your skin to protect it from getting irritated from the stickers) or do I put on the skin protector first?
