Finger Bruise or Soon to be cut?

I was in a large refrigerator sitting on a mover thing where u put stuff on and push them around (like the flat beds at Sam’s Clubs or Costco) and I was rolling around on it. The cart fell over on some unbalanced ground and i fell off and the handle smashed my middle finger. After a few hours it turned blackish on the finger tips even though it hit onto of my nail. My little brother thinks it should be amputated but I rejected that idea. What is it and what should I do? D:
