Mario Golf Nintendo

just a little too much mario?
i have played video games all the way back to super mario bros but something has been bothering me lately. it’s mario games. i consider a mario game a platformer. but if mario is a platforming game, why am i seeing games like mario tennis, mario golf, mario super sluggers, mario kart. why the f+ck is nintendo ruining a trademark with all these crap games. i enjoyed mario kart but there’s only one thing that even relates to mario in that game and that is that he is a playable character, no different then any other character. why not call it luigi kart. nintendo should focus more on true super mario titles instead of just mario titles. i don’t want to see super mario sluggers, i would like to see another super mario bros. what about super mario bros 4? why not go back to old school graphics instead of focusing on shovelware. who agrees with me?
While I see how you mean and agree with your right to say so, I must disagree.
While I do not enjoy most Mario sports games, I can definitely see why Nintendo would make them.
Mario is the Icon of Nintendo and just about the entire video game universe. He is very popular and many people consider those game the best.
As I stated earlier, I really don’t like many of these games. I do like just about all of the Mario karts, Mario Tennis 64, and I like the Mario party games up to number 4, but I was never into the baseball, golf, or soccer games.
To be honest, I really don’t even like Mario. I mean I love the games but I prefer The Green Luge (Luigi.)
But it seems to me that you are against the idea of these games all together.
See, with me it’s the opposite. I love the idea of characters getting together in a game. I like it in Mario Party, Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros.
That is why I like Nintendo more than I like other gaming companies, because Nintendo does those kind of games.
If you like hardcorer games, you should probably look around in Microsoft or Playstation.

Have you been looking for a game that your family can participate in? Perhaps you have tried board games but those have not worked out. The problem with such attempts is that adults and children are invariably looking for different things when it comes to games. Adults are looking for something serious or more challenging, while children are happy with anything fun and exciting. The answer to that problem comes in the form of the Nintendo Wii, the latest gaming console from game manufacturer Nintendo.
Â
Wii consoles are the latest craze to invade families’ living rooms, as growing numbers of people continue to discover exactly how fun and exciting gaming on a Nintendo Wii can be. The Nintendo Wii is quite unlike other consoles, and it does not utilize traditional controllers with multiple buttons for gameplay. Instead, the Wii controllers feature built-in motion sensors, and they are able to detect the movements of a player and translate that into movements on the screen. Gameplay is therefore accomplish by swinging the Wii controller around to simulate movements within a game.
Â
Wii consoles are the first consoles to make use of this technology, and it has taken the world by storm. While some hardcore console gamers are reluctant to give up their ‘button mashing’ style of gameplay, the Nintendo Wii is attracting all sorts of gamers who have never had any interests in games before. Many adults scorn the typical console game, dismissing it as a game for children. With Wii consoles, however, that is no longer the case. Adults and children alike love the challenge and fun of having to swing their Wii controllers around like golf clubs, baseball bats, or even boxing gloves.
Â
Another great thing about the Wii consoles is the range of games available for them. There are games for everyone, no matter how young or old they are. Adults, for example, might appreciate the more dignified gameplay of a Wii Sports golf game, while children might prefer the crazed racing-style gameplay of Mario Kart racing, where you turn the Wii controller on its side and treat it like a steering wheel.
Â
Perhaps the greatest advantage of Wii consoles over other consoles, however, is their multiplayer mode. While multiplayer is available in other consoles as well, it is not quite the same as multiplayer mode with a Wii console. With other games, you and your friends could play together, and you would all sit on your couch, side by side, pressing buttons and playing. With the Nintendo Wii, however, the controllers communicate with the console wirelessly, so there is no need for cables. You and your partner can stand side by side, moving about as much as you want and swinging the Wii controller to play the game.
Â
Gaming on the Nintendo Wii is an enjoyable and exciting experience that everyone in your family is sure to love, making it the perfect option if you are looking for an activity the whole family can participate in.
